Beverage Barback

Summary:
The Beverage Barback provides outstanding guest service based on Company Standards by performing basic prep work behind the bar, including refilling ice bins, restocking liquor, replacing kegs, cutting garnishes, and clearing away and washing empty glasses.

Responsibilities:

• Stock and put away daily orders.
• Maintain liquor, garnish, and ice levels.
• Take out trash and recycling during the shift.
• Switch and recycle kegs.
• Wash and stock glassware behind the bar.
• Maintain inventory of backup glassware.
• Run food for servers and bartenders from the kitchen.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the bar and storage room.
• Assist with closing duties.
• Deep Cleaning duties to include sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing of bar area, coolers, and storage rooms.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Previous barback experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
