Public Health R.N. Case Manager - Field & Immunizations

Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation seeks an RN Public Health Case Manager to lead comprehensive case management for immunizations, well-child visits, and chronic disease care across rural southwest Alaska. The role includes training Community Health Aides and Practitioners to competently perform screenings and immunizations in village clinics.
