Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >65 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Valley Health System (VHS).

Additional Details:

Unit Details: - Provides respiratory care in acute care and emergency department settings. - Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment of pulmonary disease, and pulmonary-related education. - Patient population includes inpatients in the emergency department, MSU, and step-down. - Patient ratios: 80:1, typically see 20-25 patients each round.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - On-call: none.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
