Hotel Event Coordinator - Elevate Meetings & Experiences

Highgate

Highgate Hotels in Miami seeks an Event Coordinator to support the Sales department for group meetings and events from booking to execution. Working under the Director of Catering & Conference Services, you will be a key client contact, prepare event docs, and ensure top standards in execution. You will also assist the sales team with inquiries, proposals, and outreach efforts, coordinating deposits and payments per contract terms.
