Salesforce platform knowledge, with experience on SFMC features (i.e. content builder, journey builder, etc.)
Set up and configure data models.
Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.
Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns.
Hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email marketing campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation, customer journey, and such.
Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.
