Role Overview We’re seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager who can drive brand awareness, generate demand, and communicate our mission with clarity and authenticity. You’ll own campaign strategy, manage key channels, and bring our vision to life across digital platforms, events, and partner engagements. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with company goals and resonate with target audiences Create compelling content across email, social media, blog, and presentations that reflect WorkTrust’s values Analyze marketing performance data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion Collaborate closely with sales, product, and partnerships to ensure consistent messaging and alignment Manage marketing calendar, vendor relationships, and budget with precision and agility Explore emerging channels and tactics for organic growth and community engagement Qualifications 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or workplace innovation Strong writing and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex ideas into digestible messaging Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Analytical mindset with comfort in navigating KPIs and performance metrics Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams Bonus: Experience supporting partner programs or ethical leadership initiatives Why Join Us?
