Technical Product Manager

Product Strategy And RoadmapOwn the product strategy and roadmap for downstream data exchange and member data transition initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements and prioritize product enhancements. Drive the transformation to a self-service, API-driven data exchange model. Support the transition to Single Source of Eligibility (SSOE) as the system of record. Lead efforts to automate inbound and outbound data exchanges between systems and partners. Define, monitor, and improve product KPIs and success metrics. Analyze product performance and user adoption data to inform product decisions. Coordinate client onboarding activities for the new data exchange platform. Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to ensure scalable integration solutions. Manage initiatives involving member data migration, including claims history, prior authorizations, accumulators, and refill transfers. Present product updates, recommendations, and business value to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
