What You Will Bring to the Table: At least 8 years of professional experience in product management, AI, or related fields, with a strong background in building AI-powered platforms. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable discipline; a Master’s or PhD is preferred. Deep expertise in Generative and Agentic AI concepts, including experience with scaling AI capabilities in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, algorithms, and their application in business contexts. Proven leadership in managing diverse, cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative AI products. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences. A continuous learner with a growth mindset, eager to stay current with emerging AI trends and industry standards. Nice to Have Skills: Experience working with industry thought leaders, academic institutions, and AI communities. Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, ethical considerations, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with legal and security frameworks related to AI deployment. Prior experience in developing innovative AI business models, including Generative or Agentic AI solutions. Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Extensive experience (8+ years) in AI product development, platform scaling, or similar roles within a large organization.
