AI Product Owner

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a dedicated AI Product Owner to join their dynamic team. As an AI Product Owner, you will be an integral part of the Global Technology Organization (GTO), supporting strategic initiatives across various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and a customer‑centric approach, which will enable you to thrive within this forward‑thinking organization. Job Title: AI Product Owner Location: El Segundo, CA. Onsite Pay Range: Depends on Experience Looking only for w2 and candidates who are local to CA What’s the Job? Align and manage organization-wide AI product development initiatives to ensure strategic goals are met. Collaborate with business units to understand their needs, prioritize use cases, and adopt AI technologies effectively. Lead insight gathering, ideation, and development of innovative AI‑powered business models. Establish Responsible AI Principles and collaborate with industry leaders, legal, and security teams to ensure compliance. Work closely with technology teams to develop AI products and promote their adoption across the organization. What’s Needed? At least 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree. Experience in building and scaling AI platforms, especially leveraging Generative and Agentic AI for enterprise solutions. Deep understanding of AI applications in business, including machine learning fundamentals and algorithm development. Proven leadership in product development within multidisciplinary, cross‑functional environments. Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a growth mindset and continuous learning attitude. What’s in it for me?
