Requirement/Must Have:

Basic knowledge of standard laboratory practices.

Basic Laboratory Testing Skills - Ability to conduct routine physical, chemical, and mechanical tests.

Experience preparing samples and test setups according to protocols.

Measurement and Instrumentation - Understanding of equipment operation for measurements (dimensions, temperature, pressure, flow).

Data Recording and Reporting - Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and documenting test data accurately.

Ability to generate clear, concise reports.

Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) & Good Documentation Practices (GDP) - Knowledge and adherence to safety and documentation standards.

Computer Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and reporting.

Attention to Detail & Procedure Compliance - Ability to follow protocols precisely and maintain accuracy.

Microbiology Lab Techniques.

Responsibilities:

Performs microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process product, finished products, and stability samples according to applicable procedures.

Collects environmental samples and performs analysis according to applicable site procedures.

Maintains laboratory trending data.

Assists in completing project protocols, change notifications, deviation waivers, and Quality Notifications with supervision.

Performs equipment validations/verifications with minimal supervision.

Executes test method validations as required.

Performs assigned projects and tasks.

Compiles testing data and reviews testing results.

Maintains Microbiology Laboratory.

Orders supplies, reagents, and materials as needed.

Supports equipment maintenance and calibration activities.

Understands lab safety and hazardous waste management.

Cleans and maintains laboratory areas and equipment according to procedures.

Supports investigations and implementation of corrective actions.

Responsible for maintaining laboratory logbooks and records according to Good Documentation Practices.

Performs Microbiology Lab activities as assigned by lab supervisor and/or Quality Manager/Designee in order to achieve QC testing delivery goals.

Maintains Microbiology Lab audit readiness.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor in Science with emphasis in Biology or Microbiology.

1-3 years applicable work experience.
