Bilingual Multi-Location Branch Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Job Description The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at stores within a 15‑mile radius of Store #708967, located at 4210 B St NW, Ste B, Bldg A, Auburn, WA 98001. This is a full‑time role with pay starting at $24.00 per hour. The position requires work at multiple locations and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. You will work closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, recommend solutions, resolve concerns promptly, maintain high visual standards, and achieve excellent customer service while meeting the store’s sales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
