Job: Welder Location: Dallas, TX, 75211 (West Illinois Ave and S Cockrell Hill Rd) Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Shifts: Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Start: ASAP Employment Requirements Successful completion of a background check (done by MGR Workforce) Job Summary We are currently hiring experienced MIG Welders for a manufacturing facility in Dallas, TX. The successful candidates will perform welding and fabrication work in a production environment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. This is an ASAP start , with both day and afternoon shifts available. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding and other welding duties as required Weld and assemble metal components according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and defects Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and other shop equipment Perform basic grinding, cutting, and metal preparation as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements Meet production schedules and quality standards Perform other general fabrication and manufacturing duties as assigned Requirements Previous welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment Experience with MIG welding Ability to read and understand basic drawings, measurements, and work instructions Ability to use common hand and power tools Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Must be reliable and able to maintain a consistent Monday to Friday schedule Must be comfortable working on your feet and performing physical work throughout the shift What We Offer $20.00 per hour Monday to Friday schedule Day and afternoon shifts available ASAP start #J-18808-Ljbffr MGR Workforce
