Temp-to-Hire | First Shift
Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience
We are hiring an experienced TIG Stainless Steel Welder for a first-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity in Irving, TX. This position requires hands-on experience TIG welding stainless steel and producing clean, accurate, high-quality welds in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
Key Responsibilities
TIG weld stainless-steel components and assemblies.
Set up TIG welding equipment and prepare materials for fabrication.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and weld specifications.
Perform fit-up, grinding, finishing, and fabrication as needed.
Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Experience
Previous hands-on TIG welding experience with stainless steel.
Experience in a manufacturing, welding, or fabrication environment.
Experience reading blueprints or fabrication drawings.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Stainless-steel fitting and fabrication experience.
Experience producing cosmetic or high-quality finished welds.
Experience completing weld tests or working to defined weld-quality standards.
