Picture your day: you arrive before dawn, prep your GTAW setup, and by 5:00 a.m. your hood is down and you’re laying precise beads on 14- and 11-gauge stainless. You check your fit-ups against prints, verify penetration and contour, and keep the line moving—safely, cleanly, and with pride. By mid-morning, you’ve inspected a run of parts for our stainless steel catalytic converters, made a couple of machine adjustments, and documented your results. Quality in, quality out.

What You’ll Do

• Perform precision TIG (GTAW) welds on 14-gauge and 11-gauge stainless steel components for catalytic converter assemblies.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment, ensuring proper parameters, fixturing, and gas coverage.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications to meet tight tolerances.
• Inspect welds and finished parts for appearance, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation; follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet daily production and quality targets; support continuous improvement.
• Assist with related tasks and other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Approximately 3 years of relevant welding experience and/or formal training preferred (equivalent combinations considered).
• Hands-on experience setting up and operating TIG machines; stainless steel welding experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role.
• Computer skills are a plus; forklift experience is a plus.

Schedule & Pay

• First Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:45 p.m.
• Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Full-time, in-person position.
