What You'll Do

As a Welder, you will fabricate, assemble, repair, and weld metal components used in machinery, plant equipment, motors, control panels, and other industrial products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Performing MIG, TIG, arc, gas, and gas-shielded arc welding operations

Reading and interpreting blueprints, layouts, diagrams, and work orders

Fitting, aligning, and assembling fabricated metal components and structures

Setting up and maintaining welding equipment while ensuring proper settings and safety standards

Inspecting welds for quality, strength, and accuracy

Grinding, finishing, and repairing metal components as needed

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 3-5 years of welding experience preferred

• Welding certification or apprenticeship completion is a plus

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience working with manufacturing and welding equipment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $39.00 per hour
