We are currently looking for a maintenance technician to join our team!!!

Shift: 1st shift (Mon-Fri)

Carrollton, TX
$21-$25/hr (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is critical to keeping equipment, machinery, and facilities operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues
Conduct welding, cutting, and basic fabrication
Perform basic to intermediate electrical diagnostics and repairs
Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur
Respond to emergency maintenance needs
Maintain accurate maintenance and safety records

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Welding experience plus
Electrical experience required
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Physically capable of performing maintenance tasks

Preferred:

Experience with conveyors, forklifts, or warehouse machinery
Technical or trade school background
