REMOTE Outbound Patient Coordinator (Call Center)

Overview REMOTE Outbound Patient Coordinator (Call Center) – Contract position that could go permanent. Must have medical/healthcare experience in outbound call center / customer service. Fully remote position with a 100% remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments for a medical office Confirm and update patient information in the scheduling system Provide clear information regarding appointment details, preparation, and follow-up instructions Handle patient questions or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary Meet daily/weekly call volume and scheduling targets Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduling outcomes Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of call center experience (medical scheduling experience is a plus) Strong phone communication and active listening skills Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment with reliable internet and quiet workspace Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software Employment details Job type: Contract (with potential to become permanent) Seniority level: Associate Job function: Customer Service Industries: Hospitals and Health Care Location: United States (Remote) #J-18808-Ljbffr Sanford Barrows Group
