Set goals for Department Managers, track progress, and provide guidance to improve their areas. Drive overall restaurant success through team performance. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future. What We’re Looking For Hamburger University (HU) certification. 1 year of McDonald’s General Manager experience (preferred). ServSafe certification. Open availability. Important Notes This position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA, LLC. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s Corporation and McDonald’s USA, LLC do not receive applications, influence hiring decisions, or employ franchisee staff. If hired, your employer will be the independent franchisee.
