Set goals for Department Managers, track progress, and provide guidance to improve their areas. Drive overall restaurant success through team performance. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future. What We’re Looking For Hamburger University (HU) certification. 1 year of McDonald’s General Manager experience (preferred). ServSafe certification. Open availability.
