Warehouse Dispatcher

Employment Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Dispatcher to join our client's warehouse operations team. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating delivery routes, verifying order accuracy, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate will have routing experience, forklift knowledge, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Pay $18.00 per hour Location: Miami, FL 33167 Hour: 2nd shift - 2.30pm - 11.30pm Job Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes for company trucks. Determine the most efficient routes and delivery schedules. Utilize maps and routing software (Google Maps preferred) to optimize deliveries. Ensure efficient use of available trucks to meet customer delivery demands. Assist with warehouse operations and perform related duties as needed. Communicate routing updates and adjustments to drivers and management. Order Checker Duties Verify the accuracy of customer orders before shipment. Confirm correct products and quantities are selected for delivery. Review and inspect orders for accuracy and quality standards. Document completed order checks and maintain accurate transaction records. Work closely with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of routing experience. 2–5 years of management and leadership knowledge preferred. Previous experience working as a driver and understanding delivery routes. Ability to read and interpret maps; Google Maps experience preferred. Strong cubic math and measurement skills. Forklift operating experience required. Willingness to work overtime when required. Qualifications Computer literate and comfortable using warehouse systems. Forklift Certification required. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
