Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and ability to complete forklift certification/training Previous supply chain, warehouse, or receiving experience preferred Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to read and write in English; bilingual is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing workloads, and work collaboratively across departments Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and heavier items occasionally while working in a warehouse environment Job Duties: Receive, inspect, and log incoming products and shipments Perform random sampling of incoming products and coordinate quality inspections with QC Transport, label, and organize inventory within the warehouse Maintain accurate receiving records and report shipment discrepancies to the procurement team Supervise receiving, put-away, and picking operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency Train, coach, and support Receiving department team members Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and ISO/TL9000 standards Monitor workflow, identify process improvements, and support operational efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Perform additional warehouse leadership duties as assigned Why This Role?
