Job Summary
Adams Farm Living & Rehabilitation, a leading provider of healthcare services in Jamestown, North Carolina, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on 3rd shift. As a Registered Nurse at Adams Farm, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience. As a Registered Nurse - 3rd Shift, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families .
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and promote patient outcomes
Document patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatments

Requirements
Current RN licensure in the State of North Carolina
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
