Job Description Job DescriptionThe Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Marketing Director in the execution of marketing campaigns. Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing all direct contact efforts with leads, prospects and current students. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. At least 2 years of experience in marketing and/or sales area. Essential duties and responsibilities: Responsible for managing all direct contact platforms for sending text messages, emails and postcards by traditional mail. The employee will coordinate, together with the reporting area, the lists necessary to impact prospects and will work on those lists sent by the campuses. Is responsible for coordinating the messages and marketing promotions on each platform. Is responsible to run reports to measure the result of each initiative, and keep the Marketing Director and other stakeholders informed. Will be responsible for managing the budget assigned to the initiatives and will make good decision on expenditure. Additionally, submit invoices for payment and prepare the report of monthly accruals and reversals. Ensure that the material sent by text, email or letters it's in compliance. Coordinates and participates in meetings with marketing, academics and admissions departments to understand their needs to establish communication plans that will help achieve the overall objectives.
