Benefits Administrator

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support the administration and compliance of U.S. employee benefits programs, the full-time remote Benefits Administrator will manage 401(k) retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, and vendor partnerships while ensuring regulatory compliance and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Oversee end-to-end administration of the company's 401(k) plans, ensuring compliance with ERISA and IRS requirements Administer U.S. health and welfare programs, managing onboarding, open enrollment, and employee communications Ensure benefits processes align with EOR business models and support compliance across a multi-state workforce Required qualifications 6+ years of progressive benefits experience, including administration of U.S. 401(k) plans Experience in an EOR, PEO, or complex employer environment with multi-state employee populations Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance, including ERISA, COBRA, and ACA regulations Experience managing annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits operations Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits administration platforms
