Job Summary:
The Gilbert, Arizona, healthcare organization is seeking experienced Telemetry Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 12-hour night shift position. Candidates will provide specialized cardiac telehealth patient care in an emergency department setting. Applicants are required to bring their nursing license on the first day.

• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac telemetry; certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); familiarity with Cerner electronic medical record system.
• Experience or 'Must Have' Skills: Strong cardiac telehealth background; proficiency in decreasing cardiac drips per physicians orders and parameters; ability to read and interpret electrocardiogram strips.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts; ability to self-schedule; rotating weekends; participation in holiday rotations; must work 2 of 4 major holidays.
• Additional Information: Nurses will be caring for patients from the emergency department awaiting hospital beds; may assist with vital signs, IV starts, and medication administration but will not serve as the primary RN for ED patient assignments.
• Float: May float to medical-surgical, telemetry, or overflow units as needed.
