Commercial Plumber at Sunstate Mechanical Services Hourly Rate: $25-$45 (DOE) Location: Tucson AZ - Multi Month job site Requirements: You must be 18 years old. You must be eligible to work in the U.S. You must be able to pass a drug test. You must be able to pass a motor vehicle history check. For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. You must have your own tool kit. A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required. Able to lift up to 30 lbs. Job Duties: Install, repair, and maintain pipes for carrying water, sewage, gas, and other liquids for industrial and commercial facilities. Maintain, repair, and install sinks, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures, as well as appliances including dishwashers and garbage disposals. Unclog stopping sinks and fixing pipes that don't allow water to flow freely, in addition to possibly working on or with hot water heaters. Effectively communicate with clients, installers, dispatchers, and managers as needed. This position will primarily be with construction with the ability to move into the service department.
