First (Days) Overview: Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, VA, is seeking an experienced Senior Inpatient Case Manager RN to focus on complex cases! Senior Inpatient Case Manager RN Sentara Obici Hospital - Suffolk, VA ~Full Time & Day Shift~ 40 hours/week Hours
- Monday - Friday: 8:30am -5pm, along with a weekend rotation of approximately every 4 weeks, and holiday and on-call commitments.
- RN-Bachelor's Degree OR
- RN-Master's Degree OR
- RN-Doctorate Degree
- Registered Nurse (RN) License - Compact/Multi-State License OR
- Registered Nurse (RN) License - Single State - Virginia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Case Management (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT-BC) certification required within one year of eligibility
- 3 years of nursing experience (required)
- 3 years Case Management experience (preferred)
