Staff Accountant

JinkoSolar US Inc is seeking candidates with a strong work ethic, capacity to get things done independently with consistent performance in a fast paced, energetic and enthusiastic environment for the Accounting Specialist position. The duties of the position will require the application of accounting experience and financial analysis skills. As a Financial Professional with JinkoSolar, you will be part of the US finance team to run the day to day finance and accounting functions, implement accounting policies and procedures as well as build and serve Jinko’s Solar customer base. You will learn about both accounting and finance functions of the US subsidiary including A/R, A/P, Tax, revenue recognition, financial planning, and operating expense management. Essential duties and Responsibilities: Accounting Review sales contracts and issue revenue invoices and other sales related documents Issue debit and credit memo, and rebates Understand Fix assets and inventory management principles, and able to perform cycle count on inventory and fixed assets Review and code credit card charges and perform monthly credit card reconciliation Tracking and accounting for duty on import products Perform month end close activities and reconciliations Working with Headquarter in China to resolve IT issues and accounting issues Submit local vendor invoices, and track payment progress Assist local team for all AR and AP related issues Reconcile customer payment and AR ledge to ensure accurate cash application Manage AR and inform sales team on all coming due and past due invoices Support local employees on all issues relating to reimbursement, vendor payments, and contract approvals Organize and maintain all close documents online Support audit and tax preparation Support quarterly and annually internal and external audit Provide reports and analysis to support company initiatives when requested Conduct ad hoc projects based on Sales, Legal, Operation, HR and other department’s need Perform all other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP Experience independently preparing journal entries and performing balance sheet account reconciliations Ability to track, follow up on, and manage multiple projects and issues simultaneouslyHighly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and a fast learner able to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to clearly present information to management Minimum of **2 years** of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Business Analysis preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required; Master’s degree a plus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace High level of integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic Written and verbal fluency in **English and Mandarin** required Strong customer-service mindset with prompt and thorough attention to internal and external requests Professional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor Ability to travel monthly to the Campbell, CA office and to other locations as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr JinkoSolar (U.S.) Inc.
