We’re working a minimum of 5 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.Responsibilities may include:Perform a variety of production assembly tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive operations.Follow visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.Set initial layouts and use a variety of tools and equipment to prepare products and components.Perform continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies to ensure proper function and quality.Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with established specifications and procedures.Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions when required.Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety and quality guidelines.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain high product standards.Required Qualifications0 years of experiencePreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing, assembly, or medical device production.Ability to follow detailed instructions and work from diagrams or written procedures.Basic manual dexterity and the ability to perform precise assembly tasks.Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.Familiarity with quality inspection processes or regulated manufacturing environments.For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
