VP Growth: Build & Scale the GTM Engine

Thera is hiring a Vice President of Growth to own revenue growth end to end and lead our hands-on GTM engine across sales, partnerships, and growth marketing. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership to turn a strong product and happy customers into a repeatable growth machine. This role is about execution, testing, learning fast, and scaling what works.
