Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Vaco Arizona has partnered with a high-end medical practice in Scottsdale to find a Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity paying up to $25 per hour. What You’ll Do: Serve as the face of the office, greeting patients with warmth and professionalism Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls with a calm, reassuring demeanor Coordinate patient intake, scheduling, and follow-ups Communicate with external providers and partner facilities Manage incoming emails, faxes, and documentation for physician review Oversee day-to-day front office operations in a small, team-oriented environment Requirements: 2+ years of front desk/receptionist experience in a medical setting (doctor’s office, dental, hospital, etc.) Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
