Wage $15.00 per hour What You'll Do As a Concierge Team Member, you will: Create a warm, inviting, professional, and safe environment for Residents and guests. Welcome visitors, provide information and directions, and connect guests with the appropriate personnel. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages, and assist callers efficiently and courteously. Facilitate communication using two-way radio systems with Team Members throughout the community. Stay informed about Willow Valley Communities resources, publications, and intranet updates to assist Residents, guests, and callers. Ensure key boxes remain secure and key issuance procedures are properly followed. Support the Resident move-out process by accepting keys and processing associated documentation. Serve as backup support for emergency phone calls, Simplex system alarms, and emergency communications. Coordinate communication with the Manager on Duty, Maintenance Team Members, Team Leaders, and department representatives as needed. Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations. Assist with transportation scheduling, reservations, and communication for WVC transportation services. Submit maintenance requests for WVC properties and Residents. Submit IT service requests for WVC computers and phones. Utilize Microsoft Office and learn additional software, databases, and web-based applications. Receive, sort, and distribute USPS and internal mail. Collect, sort, and notify Residents of package arrivals. Operate copiers and fax machines and ensure supplies are adequately stocked. Secure and maintain the safe, process service payments, and reconcile daily cash box receipts. Prepare memos, letters, schedules, correspondence, reports, and other requested documents. Follow established Concierge Desk procedures and daily operating practices. Perform a variety of clerical duties, including copying, scanning, faxing, and collating materials. Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: Experience using Microsoft Office . A high school diploma or GED and six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
