Responsibilities include:Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while creating a warm, welcoming, pleasant, and safe environment for Residents and guests.Greet on-site guests, determine the nature of their visit, provide information and directions, and announce guests to appropriate personnel. Monitor guest access to Residential building entrances via call boxes and cameras, and issue passes when required.Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and transfer calls to the appropriate Team Member or department. Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when necessary.Facilitate communication with Team Members through two-way radio systems.Stay informed on WVC publications, Team Member Intranet, and Resident Intranet resources to accurately answer questions and provide information, directions, and assistance.Ensure key boxes remain secure and all key permissions are followed when issuing keys. Support Resident move-in and move-out processes by issuing and accepting keys and completing associated paperwork.Respond to emergency phone calls and alarms through the Simplex system and dispatch the appropriate Team Members. Facilitate communication during emergency situations through resolution.Communicate with the Manager on Duty, Maintenance Team Members on Call, Team Leaders, and various departments as needed.Follow guest room check-in and check-out procedures and create guest room reservations upon request.Maintain familiarity with transportation schedules, make transportation reservations, and facilitate communication for WVC transportation services.Submit maintenance requests for WVC property and Residents.Submit IT service requests for WVC computers and phones.Utilize Microsoft Office and learn additional software, databases, and web applications as needed.Receive, sort, and distribute USPS mail, interoffice mail, packages, and floral deliveries.Operate copier and fax machines and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.Ensure the safe remains locked and secure, process payments for services, and reconcile daily cash box receipts.Provide general typing support, including memos, letters, schedules, correspondence, reports, and other requested documents.Maintain knowledge of all Concierge Desk daily operating procedures.Perform clerical duties including copying, faxing, scanning, and collating documents.What You BringWe're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to excellent customer service, with:Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSchedulePRN – Schedules can varyLocationThe Lakes Campus Lancaster, PAJoin Our Team!If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a meaningful difference every day while building connections with Residents, guests, and fellow Team Members, we encourage you to apply today and become part of the Willow Valley Communities family!Willow Valley Communities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
