Prior to insurance, I worked in sales, which helped shape the competitive and customer-focused mindset I bring into the agency today. I attended University of Dayton and am happily married. My wife is heavily involved in the agency, and we even have an office dog named Mini who helps keep the environment fun and welcoming. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
