Real Estate Concierge for AI Model Training

$60 per hour

Real estate professionals can apply their expertise to contribute to AI training projects, evaluating AI models and providing structured feedback that enhances the model''s understanding of industry-specific tasks and language. This role allows you to leverage your professional experience without requiring prior AI knowledge. Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated content related to real estate, providing clear and structured feedback.
Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect real-world scenarios in the real estate field.
Work independently and asynchronously from any location, with flexible hours averaging between 5 to 20 hours per week.
Contribute to the ongoing development of AI applications in your field.

Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in real estate or related fields.
Experience in assisting clients with information on local attractions, making reservations, and fulfilling unique requests.
Ability to perform additional tasks such as running errands and providing business services.
Willingness to engage in asynchronous work with leading AI labs.

Work Terms

This position is remote and offers flexible hours with no minimum commitment required.

Compensation

Up to $60/hr (depending on the project).

Eligibility

F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may qualify for projects. Please consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility. Note that STEM OPT is not supported.
