Part-Time Maintenance Technician III - Property Upkeep Pro

Prospera Housing Community Services

Prospera Housing Community Services is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Technician III to maintain buildings and common areas across our properties. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairs, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and support the Property Manager with inspections and make-ready tasks. This role requires a High School diploma or GED, 5 years in multi-family housing, a valid Texas Class C license, OSHA 10 certification, and ability to lift up to 75 #J-18808-Ljbffr
