Office Assistant - Student Leadership & Campus Life Part-Time PoolThis position is only available to current students of Del Mar College by invitation only at this time. This is a CONTINUOUS recruitment for an applicant POOL to fill part-time, temporary, hourly assignments on an as-needed basis. The expectation of this position is to communicate with internal and external entities; provide routine clerical support; and monitor the office area cleanliness and maintenance. Other duties may be assigned.Minimum Qualifications - Must currently be enrolled as a Del Mar College student.Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office to include, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point. Ability to organize activities and coordinate groups of people. Ability to relate to a diverse student population. Ability to communicate effectively (reading, writing, listening, speaking). Ability to work independently and follow-through on assigned tasks. Ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and manage conflict. Ability to use a PC in an office setting.Preferred Qualifications - Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
