Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $24.73 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating observations to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions or security‑related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts. Support a professional environment by providing directions, assisting with visitor management, and following post orders related to restricted areas, after‑hours access, and/or sensitive healthcare operations. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
