Location: San Jose, CA
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $21 - $30 per hour (dependent on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Position Overview: We are looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure the highest quality standards are met for the electronic components. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting components using microscopes, conducting rework tasks as needed, and working with the production team to ensure all items meet specifications and are ready for shipment. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure candidates are fully equipped to perform the role.


Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect electronic components using microscopes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct simple rework tasks, including removing LC (low current) connections as
necessary.
• Use hot plates and heat guns to perform rework tasks (experience with these tools is a
plus).
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless quality checks.
• Complete four hours of hands-on training to ensure you are fully equipped for the role.


Requirements:
• Experience in quality control or inspection in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and quality standards.
• Ability to use microscopes for detailed inspections.
• Experience with hot plates and heat guns is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
