Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

Compensation based on experience. Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year | Location: Sherrills Ford, NC | Employment type: On-Site, Permanent Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Job Details We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment within our urgent care facility. Responsibilities Perform physical examinations and patient assessments. Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Develop and implement patient management plans. Provide emergency medical care and treatment. Perform minor surgical procedures. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Participate in continuous education and professional development activities. Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program. Must hold a current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing. Must have a minimum of one year of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, preferably in Emergency Medicine. Must have Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Must have excellent clinical skills, with the ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population and healthcare team.
