H Motors, Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Dispatcher to join our team. H Motors, Inc. is a family-owned and operated logistics company headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, with offices in Newark, NJ. We specialize in vehicle exports across all major ports in the United States to a variety of destinations across the globe. Candidates applying for this role should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and must be comfortable working independently as necessary.

As outlined in the role, the Vehicle Dispatcher will be responsible for supporting the entire Dispatch team with a variety of essential tasks, such as:

·         Maintain communication and coordinate with external vendors, including speaking to car carriers, as well as auto auctions, to confirm the timely processing of vehicles to ensure they are delivered to our central warehouses in a timely manner

·         Effectively communicate with H Motors staff to ensure all vehicles are delivered and processed promptly to ensure they are exported efficiently and without delay 

Other essential tasks for this role include:

·         File all relevant dispatch paperwork

·         Follow up with the auto auctions to ensure all titles and keys are picked up

·         Follow up with the other offices to ensure each vehicle is delivered

·         Process payments for vehicle delivery to car carriers

Successful candidates for this role will be expected to:

·         Handle multiple calls at a time

·         Manage multiple tasks simultaneously

·         Communicate well with H Motors staff and third-parties

·         Work well under pressure

·         Prioritize and plan daily tasks

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills, but it is not required:

·         Experience with Central Dispatch

·         Experience with QuickBooks

This job is based out of Jacksonville, Florida and, if selected, will be required to work out of our office M-F. Our working hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
