The statements below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and skills required for the employee.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordination of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for contract/projectReview timecards from Deltek and Viewpoint and make sure they are submitted correctly and on timePrepare billing support and tracking for a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee contractPrepare, code, submit, and track travel expense reimbursement and per diem requests in accordance with JTR requirements.Support staff in assigned project-based workPerform general clerical duties as neededCreate and modify documents using Microsoft Office programsAnswer telephones and transfer or take messages for other staff membersMust be able to work independently and on small team with strong communication skillsComply with quality and safety programs and accomplish other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREDAssociates or higher OR 5 years relevant experienceOne to three years of experience in a payroll, billing or contract support, preferably within government contracting environment highly desiredDeltek/Viewpoint timekeeping administrationFamiliarity with the JTR requiredFamiliarity with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA)Familiarity with Service Contract requirements (SCA)Experience in billing Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Cost Reimbursable (CR) contract lines (CLINs) requiredKnowledge and experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) Extensive knowledge of Excel is a mustGovernment accounting and/or payroll experience desiredPrevious military experience, in professional or civilian capacity is beneficialAbility to effectively work with a remote team and multiple work sitesEffective organization and communication skillsReliability, accountability, and ability to meet deadlinesMust present professional appearance, be energetic, and take pride in workAbility to manage stress and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAdditional RequirementsHours may be 8:00 to 4:30Must be a US citizenMust pass background checksMust be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance if requiredMust possess valid driver's licenseCOMPETENCIES:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.Ability to speak, read, and write EnglishEffective organizational and communication skills, with emphasis on written communication (grammar, spelling, etc.) mandatoryTDXi offers a full range of benefits including health, dental, vision and 401K to full-time employees.
