Job Summary We are currently accepting applications for a Barback to support food and beverage service in our casino, bar, lounge, and dining areas in Reno, Nevada. Shift Day or Swing Responsibilities Support food and beverage service for the assigned outlet (bar, lounge, dining) Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized bar, lounge, and dining area Verify par levels for products and equipment and report shortages or needs to the manager on duty Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management Follow mandated safety and sanitation procedures at all times Adhere to grooming and dress code standards Perform additional assignments as assigned by management Qualifications At least 21 years of age Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card required 1+ year prior Food & Beverage experience in a fast‑pace environment; barback and/or fine‑dining experience preferred Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs; ability to stand, walk, use hands, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear Ability to work effectively in a high‑volume environment while maintaining portion control, safety, health, and service standards Must adhere to grooming standards; no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair or nail colors Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage 401(k) retirement savings plan with discretionary match Education tuition reimbursement program Paid vacation and holiday pay Recreation/fitness discounts Weekly resort prizes Career development and training workshops FREE daily meal Internal advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
