Marketing Coordinator

Position Marketing Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities Promote, develop and execute sales plan and strategies to increase company clients in paramedical, medical and dental billing services. Represent the company as point of contact for life insurance and health care providers and initiate business analysis to improve management care and proper service plan for health care providers. Train and guide provider's medical staff in improving performance, claim reimbursement and minimizing denials. Promote company services through promotions and conventions. Work directly with life insurance agents and health providers to meet company sales goals and targets within the assigned region or field assignment. Additional responsibilities include back‑up customer support and serving as an advisor or consultant for clients. Qualifications Professional traits, character and good communication skills to represent the company in business deals and transactions with clients. Full knowledge of medical health care benefits of different carriers and government agencies such as Medicare, Medicaid, and medical (likely Medicare/Medicaid). Degree in marketing or certificate in medical courses related to medical billing, medical assistant, coding, lab assistant or management care in the health care industry. Knowledge or experience in any medical billing or front office, diagnosis and coding procedures. Knowledge of medical and dental office procedures is not required but is a plus. Knowledge of life insurance and medical insurance industry. Minimum one year sales experience with presentation and closing skills. Ability to operate a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite proficiency. Willingness to work inter‑office assignment or field assignment in prospecting and creating pipeline towards building opportunities to achieve growth and success through the sales cycle.
