Recruiter PositionWe are looking for a recruiter to support high-volume hiring of caregivers for our growing home health team. This recruiter role is key to ensuring we have reliable, compassionate caregivers ready to meet patient needs.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy recruiting people to meaningful healthcare roles, this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact.Recruit and hire caregivers (HHAs, PCAs, etc.) in a high-volume environmentBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of ready-to-work caregiversSource candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreachConduct phone and in-person interviewsMake offers and support onboardingPartner with managers to meet urgent staffing needsTrack candidates and activity in ATS2+ years of recruiting experience (caregiver/home health preferred)Bilingual Spanish is preferredExperience with high-volume hiringStrong sourcing and outreach skillsComfortable making high-volume calls and outreachExcellent communication and organizationCompetitive hourly payStable, growing healthcare organizationOpportunity to make a direct impact on patient careStand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel and use of hands and fingers to operate computer, telephone, and keyboard on a frequent basis.Close vision requirements due to computer work on a frequent basis.Light to moderate lifting may be required (not more than 20lbs).
