Sr. Product Manager
Location - US – O'Fallon, MO
Project Scope: We are seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Resilience Risk Technology Leader to drive the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide resilience, risk, and regulatory compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, technology risk management, operational resilience, and large-scale transformation programs across global financial institutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of regulatory regimes (e.g., DORA, PSD3, ECB guidance, SIPS).
- Proven leadership in delivering large-scale, cross-border regulatory or risk technology programs.
- Strong communication and influence with senior leaders, regulators, and external partners.
- Excellent analytical and problem-structuring skills; capable of balancing regulatory detail with architectural vision.
- Fluency with resilience principles (e.g., SLOs, RTO/RPO, failover) and secure-by-design practices.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate the synthesis of risk/control evidence, reporting, and streamline recurring issue management routines.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of financial regulatory frameworks and operational resilience.
- Proven leadership in regulatory, risk, or technology transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Expertise in resilience engineering, risk management, and secure architecture practices.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven solutions within risk and compliance functions.
