El Gerente de Fitness debe lograr cumplir con las metas de venta y de retencin de socios en el rea de entrenamiento personal y grupal. Asegura que se cumpla con la asistencia a las clases grupales (Class-ic Training) de forma consistente. Contrata y evala el desempeo de los Entrenadores Personales e Instructores. Lleva a cabo y asegura que el equipo complete las orientaciones y evaluaciones de los socios segn las metas establecidas y de forma consistente. Disea el programa de entrenamiento e implementa nuevos servicios o metodologas de la franquicia. Mide y monitorea el desempeo de su departamento y la satisfaccin de sus clientes. Atiende y resuelve situaciones de socios y contratistas. REQUERIMIENTOS:
- Bachillerato en Gerencia y/o relacionado con el ejercicio o la salud. Preferible con 1 ao o ms de experiencia como Gerente y/o experiencia como Entrenador Personal/Instructor
- Licencia vigente del Departamento de Recreacin y Deporte (DRD), preferiblemente.
- Buena comunicacin escrita y verbal, en Espaol e Ingls.
- Cumplir/exceder con cuota mnima mensual de venta de entrenamientos individuales, servicios grupales (SGT) y ventas de suplementos establecida por la empresa.
- Gran actitud positiva, Orientado a Trabajar en Equipo y pasin por el fitness.
- Destrezas de proveer clases grupales y mantener el entusiasmo de la asistencia.
- Destrezas de liderazgo, administrativas y de servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad analtica para crear e interpretar grficas y mtricas financieras y operacionales.
- Destrezas de solucin de conflictos/problemas y toma de decisiones.
- Proactivo, Capacidad de Atencin a los Detalles y Orientado a Resultados.
- Experiencia coordinando actividades y eventos promocionales.
- Conocimiento de sistemas computadorizados.
- Debe ser capaz de levantar 50 libras. El esfuerzo fsico requerido para algunas responsabilidades diarias incluye levantar pesas, ponerse en cuclillas, agacharse, alcanzar, detectar y permanecer de pie y caminar de manera prolongada.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en una operacin de 7 das a la semana, cualquier horario y da.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a diferentes localidades en y fuera de PR, de ser necesario.
