Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Technical Recruiter in Boston, MA

Location: Onsite - Boston, MA 02110

Pay rate: $50-$60/hr

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, from intake meetings and sourcing through offer management and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies and fulfill talent acquisition goals.
• Source, engage, and assess qualified candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and applicant review.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, recruiting events, candidate communications, and other recruitment-related activities.
• Provide market intelligence, recruiting metrics, and hiring recommendations to support informed talent decisions.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives while continuously improving recruitment processes and best practices.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong background in technical recruiting preferred.
• Proven success recruiting for technical roles, including Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Product Management, and Machine Learning.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers, executives, and senior stakeholders to achieve hiring objectives.
• Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development capabilities.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience working within large, complex organizations.
• Experience supporting high-volume or specialized technical hiring initiatives.
• Knowledge of diversity recruiting strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
