Overview Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position). Monthly new lease and renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay. Are you a sales and customer service superstar? As Leasing Consultant, you make the important first connection with potential residents; you help them find their perfect apartment home by greeting prospects, showing apartments, closing sales, and processing rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Good leasing and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to type 30 WPM and stay organized. Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs. Must be able to work every Saturday. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
