Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team on a contract or contract to hire basis.

\n

About the Role

\n

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation and be comfortable working on matters across a variety of practice areas, including commercial litigation, commercial real estate, real estate disputes, family law, trusts & estates litigation, and complex civil matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while playing a critical role in case management and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal
\n
• Prepare, draft, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and other legal documents
\n
• Manage court filings and maintain litigation calendars, tracking deadlines and key case developments
\n
• Coordinate and oversee discovery, including document collection, review, production, and privilege logs
\n
• Conduct legal and factual research and summarize findings for attorneys
\n
• Prepare deposition materials, exhibits, witness files, and case summaries
\n
• Assist with mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
\n
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
\n
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, and third-party vendors
\n
• Support matters involving commercial litigation, commercial real estate disputes, landlord-tenant matters, family law proceedings, trust and estate litigation, and fiduciary disputes
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
\n
• 3+ years of paralegal experience within a law firm environment
\n
• Experience supporting litigation matters
\n
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures
\n
• Experience managing discovery and document-intensive matters
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
\n
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
\n
