Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Home Health Location: Dallas, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Company: Wheeler Staffing Partners Job Summary Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a Home Health team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in patients’ homes. The LVN will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote wellness, manage chronic conditions, and support optimal health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and care plans Conduct routine nursing visits and assessments Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Ensure adherence to all clinical and regulatory standards Qualifications Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience Minimum of one (1) year of home health experience Ability to perform nursing visits and maintain accurate medical records Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills Required Certifications & Licenses Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program Current CPR certification (must be maintained throughout employment) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel to patient locations Benefits (Full-Time, 30+ Hours/Week) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off and holidays 401(k) plan with company match Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) Professional development and career growth opportunities Company store credit for initial branded scrubs purchase (patient-facing staff) About Wheeler Staffing Partners Wheeler Staffing Partners specializes in contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, contingency, and executive staffing solutions.
